About
The People’s Revolutionary Garden Network (PRGN) is an ecosystem of people using gardening as a tool to fight oppressive systems. They are reclaiming our food systems and connecting to the land by growing food themselves. Their goal is to build community and connections with our surrounding environment and with one another by sharing resources, knowledge, and spirit.
Contributions
In working with this organization I created their logo, brand identity, website, and contributed graphics for their grants and social media.
Logo Creation
For this design, the organization wanted to illustrate the idea of mutual aid and community. They also cared about showing playfulness, imperfection, and the knowledge that comes from harvesting and working with the earth.
Website Creation
In order to help community members become apart of, donate to, and work with The People’s Revolutionary Garden Network, I created a website for the organization to use.
People’s Revolutionary Garden x Pansita Llena
We work growing food for our friends at Pansita Llena who distribute food to farmworkers. Every week, we gather essential groceries from our community and deliver them to families in Santa Maria who are experiencing food insecurity.
